原《外国专家证》及《外国人就业证》业务受理点变更公告

Notification on the Changing of Reception Windows for Handling Business of "Foreign Expert Certificate" and "Alien Employment Permit"

各用人单位：

To any employer concerned,

因系统原因，为确保原《外国专家证》及《外国人就业证》相关业务能够继续办理，即日起，原《外国专家证》变更、注销业务及原《外国人就业证》年检、变更、注销业务全部至市级窗口梅园路受理点（梅园路77号一楼办事大厅）办理，各区受理点停止办理。

To ensure better efficiency of business handling，from the date when this Notification is released, such business handling as changing or cancellation of Foreign Expert Certificate, and annual inspection, changing or cancellation of Alien Employment Permit will be switched to the municipal reception window, established at 1F 77 Meiyuan Road Jing’an District Shanghai,and all of the district-level reception windows will not accept these businessitems since then on. 

另建议持正常年检且在有效期内原《外国人就业证》及《外国专家证》（未到延期时限）的用人单位可在外国人来华工作管理服务系统中，通过“原专家证或者就业证换领外国人工作许可证”通道，申请换领《外国人工作许可证》。用人单位可至外国人来华工作管理服务系统中选择的受理点咨询、办理（受理点列表及换领信息详见http://www.sgst.cn/zt/wzck）。

It is also recommended that those employers, whose previous Alien Employment Permitor Foreign Expert Certificate have been regularly inspected annually and haven’t expired, apply for replacement of the previous Alien Employment Permit or Foreign Expert Certificate for the Foreigner's Work Permit in corresponding replacement channel in the Service System for Foreigners Working in China. The employer scan go to any of the reception windows listed in the Service System for Foreigners Working in China (http://www.sgst.cn/zt/wzck) for consultation and handling.
